Operation: Scraper bars are used to move the material using scraper bars instead of a full belt. The conveyor is frequently applied to pull chips up a slender inclination to be discharged.
  • Magnetic Chip Conveyor: Principle: It has a continuous and stationary stainless steel slider bed that has strong moving magnets beneath it. Operation: During operation, the machine draws the ferrous chips (steel, iron) to the outer side of the stainless steel bed with the help of the magnetic field. Operation: The harpoon is pushed forward, pushing chips. On the back stroke, the hinged heads are folded back, and the rod slides back, and the material is not moved, and this produces a positive displacement of the chips.
